Employee Assistance

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided to companies contracting for counseling and referral services for their employees. Employees are provided from two to three visits depending on their company's contract at no charge to them.

Some companies have branches or stores in other locations. To best serve those employees, counseling services are available from affiliated psychotherapists in Boston, Brookline, Waltham, Beverly, Worcester, Spencer, Sturbridge, and Rhode Island.

Covered employees should call the Wilmington Family Counseling Service at (978) 658-9889 to arrange an appointment in either Wilmington or other locations if they are more convenient. Telephone consultation also is available.

Confidentiality is crucial to the success of the Employee Assistance program. No information is provided to your employer without your written consent.
