Treatments
Therapists at the Wilmington Family Counseling Service work with the individual, couple, or family to seek a new understanding of the problem and new means of coping with it. This exploration often lasts from five to ten sessions of fifty minutes each but may continue over a more extended period of time.

The agency offers group workshops dealing with particular life stresses at different times during the year such as:

  • Relationships
  • Parenting
  • Blended Family
  • Stress Management
  • Early Sobriety
  • Empowerment for Women
  • Men's Issues
  • Self-Esteem
