I am an experienced licensed mental health clinician with a specialty in play and art therapy from Lesley University. I provide counseling for adolescents, adults, and couples utilizing both brief and long term treatment methods. My treatment approach is interactive, client-centered, and solution-focused. I also use cognitive/behavioral therapy and psycho educational approaches. I address a wide range of emotional, behavioral and relational challenges in areas such as marital/family conflict, life transitions, parenting, communication, depression, trauma, self-esteem, anxiety and mood issues. My background includes working as a crisis clinician, a counselor for inpatient and outpatient settings, and a consultant for schools.
